Our Policy
The Shareholder Right Directive 2 transposed into French law aims to strengthen long-term investment in companies and to promote the transparency of investments made by “institutional investors”. ADMIO Asset Management is required to describe and make publicly available its long-term commitment to the equity issuers in which it invests.
This policy describes how ADMIO Asset Management integrates its role as a shareholder into its investment strategy. It covers the voting policy in full and describes the additional arrangements put in place by ADMIO Asset Management to strengthen dialogue with the issuers.
